Charles Maurice "Marty" Ferguson

Charles Maurice "Marty" Ferguson, 44, of Roaring Springs died Sunday, December 28, 2008 in Lubbock.

Services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at First Baptist Church in Spur with Rev. Rory Mosley officiating. Interment will be in Spur Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home.

Marty was born October 8, 1964 in Stamford to Don and Billie Cumpton Ferguson. He was a 1983 graduate of Spur High School. He married Brenda Hudson February 9, 1992. Marty was an avid hunter and a loving father. He was a dedicated employee at POLYPIPE, Inc. in Roaring Springs for many years, and a member of First Baptist Church in Spur.

Marty is survived by his wife, Brenda of Matador; one son, Logan Ferguson of Matador; two daughters, Sarah and Krystin Ferguson both of Matador; Parents, Don and Billie Ferguson of McCaulley; two brothers, Barry Ferguson and wife Anji of Spur, and Gail Don Ferguson and wife Lupe also of Spur; one sister, Brenda Michulka of Spur; one grandmother, Gloria Ferguson of McCaulley.

Serving as pallbearers will be Doug McArthur, Jerry Alexander, Pat Garcia, Bo Atkinson, Dave Hale, and Brian Michulka.
