Thomas Miller

Thomas James Miller, 92, passed from this life on December 18, 2018 in Lubbock, Texas. He was born on October 10, 1926 near Hamlin, Texas. He was the last surviving child of Katherine (Katy) and Wilburn (Tom) Miller's nine children. He married Nadine Clark on October 28, 1944 in Jayton, Texas and they enjoyed 72 years of marriage until her death on June 3, 2017. Those that preceded him in death are his parents Wilburn (Tom) and Katherine (Katy) Miller, son David Miller, daughter Elaine Washburn, sisters Dixie Montgomery, Nadine Rogers and Betty Williams, brothers Ollie Miller, William (Bill) Miller, Garland Miller, Ray Miller, and Robby Miller, granddaughter Samantha Miller and great-grandson Gavin Miller.

Thomas is survived by sons Tommy K. Miller & wife Melinda, and Albert J. Miller & wife Marty, grandchildren Amanda Peoples, Jay Miller, Allan Miller, Dennis Motley, Steven Washburn, and Clint Miller. 15 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grand children and a host of family and friends.

Graveside services will be January 8, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Jayton Cemetery in Jayton, Texas.
