Angela Nadeen (Fulcher) Binder

Angela Binder of Spur, Texas, formerly of Stockton, California, passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 57. Born on December 20, 1967, to Kathryn and Steve Fulcher, Angela was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She touched the lives of everyone who knew her with her  kindness, warmth, and unwavering love.

Angela is survived by her beloved husband, Tyrone Binder;  her children, Joseph Dumlao Sr., Sean Reeves, Tyler, Tyrone Jr., and Nicole; her daughters-in-law, Maria Chea, Melony Sin, Juliann Binder, and Nancy, whom she loved as her own children; Mother Kathryn Fulcher (dad Larry DeGano), Father, Steve Fulcher (mom Rhonda Fulcher) her siblings, Kimberly (Tom), Julie (Ernest), and Andy (Kelsey); and her many cherished grandchildren: Timothy Jr., Audrey, Joseph Jr., Sean Jr., Amani, Oliver, BJ, Jay, Logan, Jordan, Kaliyah, and Nyla.

She was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Sr., along with other treasured family members. Angela’s strength, generosity, and the love she shared will forever be remembered by her family and friends.
