On Saturday, January 25, 2020, Billie “Regan” Holley, loving husband, daddy, son and brother passed from this life at the age of 62.

Regan was born November 26, 1957 to Billie J Holley and Bobby Leatrice Holley.  He graduated with honors from Paducah I.S.D in 1976.  He attended Vernon Regional Junior College and Texas Tech to further his education.  On October 3, 1987, he married the love of his life Carmen Lorraine Bryant.  They raised two children together, Cody Lee Holley and Carli Brook Holley.

Regan was a member of First Baptist Church Paducah.  He had a passion for the oilfield, loved to fish and was an avid NASCAR fan. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile and his kind compassionate spirit.

Regan helped his Dad farm the land and run cattle for years.  He left college to follow the oilfield industry.  After the oilfield crashed he drove salt water truck for Gordon Smith, then after marrying he was employed for the city of Roaring Springs, Texas then moved back to Paducah to work for the City of Paducah.  He then spent 14 years at Texas Department of Criminal Justice, T. L. Roach Unit Childress, Texas where he was a guard and then in maintenance.  He often joked about “When I was in prison”.  Regan was a volunteer fireman for the Paducah Fire Department approx. 20 years while he was able to serve. Regan then went back to the oilfield and was employed overseas in Saudia Arabia where he was Rig Supervisor. He was currently employed at Gunn Oil Company as an Oil and Gas Pumper in Cottle and King Counties.

Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years Carmen, a son Cody Lee Holley of Lubbock, a daughter Carli Brook Holley of Vernon,  mother Bobby Lea Holley, his brother’s Kevin Jay Holley, Todd Wayne Holley and his daughter Charlie Holley of Benbrook Texas, and his sister Carol Ruffolo  His favorite mother-in-law Esta Birkhead and spouse Earl Birkhead, four brother in laws he loved dearly, Troy Bryant, John Bryant, Robert Bryant, and George Bryant, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, and his companion Roscoe.

Regan was preceded in death by his Dad, Billie J Holley, his grandparents Calvin and Roxy Brooks, Joseph Allen and Anna Belle Holley, Uncle Lloyd Mayes, Aunt Anna V Mayes, cousin Marilyn Mayes, and Uncles Delwin Brooks, Leon Holley and Roger Holley.

Graveside will be at 11:30 Friday, January 31, 2020, in the Garden of Memories, Paducah Tx. Memorial at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church in Paducah.
