Bug Moore

Bug Moore passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 7 at the age of 67.  He was born October 8, 1952.  Bug was a Spur graduate class of 1971.  He was a lifelong cowboy, welder, and fence builder.  
Bug is preceded in death by his parents Delwin and Jean Moore of Spur.  

Bug left behind his wife of 37 years Sharon Moore of Spur.  Four children:  Misti Moore of Lubbock, Cody and wife Courtnie Moore of Abernathy, A.J. Moore of Spur, and Michelle and husband Chance Cupp of Spur.  One sister, Jeannie Moore of Spur. Bug also left behind 5 grandchildren: Braxton Moore and Harley Castillo of Lubbock, Brytton Moore of Abiliene, Paisley and Callen Cupp of Spur.  
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday March 10, 2020 at Spur Memorial Cemetery Chapel at 2PM.  Eric Swenson will officiate the ceremony.  Visitation will be held March 9, 2020 at Zapata Funeral Home from 6-8PM. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
