Cruz Castillo

 Cruz Castillo, 72, of Spur, TX passed away peacefully on August 13, 2020 in Anson, TX.

He was born May 3, 1948 to Mencho Castillo and Licha (Montemayor) in Leander, TX.

Cruz was a farmer and then Tire Technician at the Spur Farmers Coop. He was the #1 most requested flat tire repairman in the area. He enjoyed his retirement with friends and family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lupe Castillo, of Spur, TX; His children; Jessica Adams & husband Terry of Anson, TX, Christopher Castillo, of Spur, TX and Theodore Castillo, of Spur, TX along with 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, A brother, Three sisters and many wonderful nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by son, Jackie Salinas.

He will definitely be missed by many but his legacy still remains.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M.  Monday August 17, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Spur, TX, with interment following at the Spur Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Zapata Funeral Home.
