Donna Hinson Clark entered the gates of heaven peacefully on Sunday, February 16th.
Donna was born on September 19, 1943 to Doug and Mary Hinson. She was born and raised on the family farm. She worked at the Kalgary Gin for about 10 years. She then went to work for the Spur Co-op Gin where she was employed for over 30 years. She loved her customers and her work there.
Donna graduated from Spur High School with the class of 1962.
One of Donna’s greatest joys in life was watching and attending her grandsons’ school activities and athletic events. Cole and Case were her absolute pride and joy and she would brag on them every chance she got.
Donna is survived by her son, Eddie and wife Lesli of Spur; Cole Clark and wife, Randi, of Throckmorton, TX and her two precious great grandchildren, Kennedy and Collins. Sister, Betty Bliss, of Las Cruces, NM; Brother-in-law and sister-in-law Garth and Alta Jean Gregory of Girard, TX. She also leaves behind nieces, Heather, Stephanie, Tricia and Penny. She is also survived by nephews, Trevor, Dawson and Gavin
Donna is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth, son, Brian, brother, Scooter, sister, Lynda mother and father, Mary and Doug Hinson along with grandson, Case Clark.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Zapata Funeral Home from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Red Mud Cemetery.
