Frances Earlene Powell

Frances Earlene Powell of Ruidoso, New Mexico departed this life on February 1st, 2020 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She was born May 31st, 1939, in Paducah, Texas to Edward and Nelma Beck. She married Bob Powell on June 1st, 1957. They were married for 50 years.

They owned Powell Office Supply and Printing in Paducah and Childress. They retired and moved to Ruidoso.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bob Powell, her parents Edward and Nelma Beck, great grandparents, Earl and Ellie Findley and a great granddaughter, Caitlyn Elaine Gossett.

She is survived by her daughter, Bobbie Gossett and her husband Mike of Ruidoso, NM; grandson, Scott and his wife Jennifer of Bandera, Texas and their children Alexis, John and Abigail.

Visitation will be Friday, February 7th from 10:00 to Noon at Zapata Funeral Home in Paducah, Texas. Graveside service will be at 3:00 at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Paducah, Texas with her grandson, Scott officiating.
