Genavee "Vee" (Harmon) Gordon

Genavee (Vee) Gordon died Wednesday, April 21, 2021 in Matador, Texas. She was born on February 15, 1938 in Matador, Texas to Arthur McClare Harmon and Dollie Mae Cofer. She graduated from Roaring Springs High School. She married the love of her life Harold Dwain Gordon on August 2, 1956, in Lovington, N.M. They were married for 54 years before his death. Vee was a member of the First Baptist Church in Matador.
Vee loved to do crafts, sewing, quilting and painting. If you could think it, she could do it. We all have treasures of her beautiful work that will always be cherished memories for us.
She is survived by her brother Gordon Harmon of Mansfield, Texas. Along with many nieces and nephews and wonderful friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Dwain Gordon, her parents Arthur M. Harmon and Dollie Mae Jameson, brothers, Arthur Harmon, Lonnie Harmon and Bill Harmon, sisters, Juanita Harmon Cooper and Genalee Harmon Bradford, and niece, Vana Lee Bradford Mans.
