Glenn Martin Obituary

Charles Glenn Martin was born in Wills Point, Texas. He married the love of his life Janelle Martin 2/14/1991.

God's plan to unite Glenn and Nell created the greatest blessing of giving Glenn and his daughter Terri a forever family. Their love, faith and strength has guided us and taught us what true love is. Glenn spent almost all of his life in Spur, Texas. He loved his town, all the people and their home he called "the closest place this side of heaven ". He had many businesses of his own and many for other things that taught him to be a great leader. He said his most important job was loving and caring for his family.

Glenn was preceded in death by his parents Cleone Coursey and husband John, two sisters, a grandson and son.

He is survived by his love Nell Martin, daughters Terri Martin, Pam Morris(Billy), four grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, Sister Bobbie Shafer(Joe) and family. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Poppa Glenn always loved little children and they were drawn to his sweet soul. He always put others first. He loved life and spending time with everything outside. A blessing to us all.
