James "Fuzz" Michael Martin

James Michael Martin (Mike) (Fuzz) 1945 - 2026 Mike Martin went to be with his best friend and arrowhead hunter, Ronnie Hill, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

Mike was born in Lubbock, Texas at the old West Texas Hospital to Harry  and Bessie Lee Martin of Spur on March 23rd, 1945. Mike graduated from Spur High School, class of 1963. He served “Two Long Years” in the U.S. Army in France and Germany during the  Viet Nam era. Mike farmed and ranched on the Martin family land for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents Harry and Bessie Martin and one nephew Bodie Barnes. He is survived by one son, Bundy Martin of California. A  brother, Harry Bob (Mary Lena), of Spur, and a sister Melinda Jameson (Clay) of Matador. Two nieces, Carol Moore of Bronte, Casey Moore (Jeff) of Wichita Falls and one nephew Clint (Jenny) of Quanah.

There will be a family memorial at a later date.
