Larry Gene Keith

Larry was born on August 5th or 6th, 1938(he chose to have two birthdays) in the Childress hospital to E.W. Keith and Carmen Buchanan Keith. He attended Paducah Elementary and graduated from Guthrie High school. He  married Mary Lois Adams on August 30th 1957 where  they made their home in Finney Tx, and he enjoyed being a farmer and rancher for 65 plus years. He passed away on November 20th , 2023 at the age of 85.

His family and friends knew Larry to be story-teller, a bit of a prankster, and could make the best salty dog around. He was known to love a good baseball game and would organize a group of men during the summer to play ball. Larry was active in the King County Lion’s Club, Guthrie School Board, volunteered For 4-H, and was on the ASCS committee.

He is proceeded in death by his parents E.W Keith and Carmen Keith, Sisters Ruby Nell  Rogers , LaDelle Gann, brothers Don Keith, Roy bob ,and Elmer keith.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years Mary Keith, Sons Larry Dean Keith, Randy, Michael, and daughter Melony Coffman(Jeff), Grandchildren Rachel Goss(Jon), Daisy, Nichalous Coffman, Zack Coffman, Mason Keith, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews along with Sister in laws Marianne and JoAnne, brother in law Royce Gann, and many beloved friends.
