He is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Marie Neel and brother Paul Neel all from Paducah,Tx. Larry has one living sister, Judy Angel of Paducah, TX and 2 Nephews, Daniel & Jared Angel. Larry has one son, Aaron Neel of Hawley,Tx. Larry has four grandchildren: Azlyn (6 years old),Eva ( 3 years old) Lily and Aaron,Jr (3 months old). Larry spend time in the military serving in the Army and Navy.
