Mary (Auguiano) Mata

Maria (Mary) Anguiano Mata of Paducah, TX passed away peacefully on September 19, 2022 at Childress Healthcare in Childress, TX at the age of 85. Mary was born February 15,1937 in Port Lavaca, TX. She marred her husband Benigno Mata in Paducah, TX in 1958.

Mary enjoyed spending time with her family, taking pictures, shopping for clothes, jewelry and feeding the neighbor cats.

She is preceded in death by her husband Benigno Mata, her two sons Ruben Fuentez, Jimmy Mata and one grandson Robert Ramirez Jr.

Mary is survived by her children Raymond Fuentez, Rebecca Fuentez , Blassa Mata, Ana Sierra, Josie Duran , Romando Mata, Benny Mata Jr, Sara Zamora , and Connie Cardoso.

A funeral service is scheduled for 10am September 22,2022 at First Baptist Church in Paducah, TX with Adam Anguiano officiating. Burial to follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Mary’s life.
