Shirley Rose (Clower) Blankinship

Shirley Rose Clower Blankinship was born May 12,1939. She went to be with the Lord August 11, 2022 surrounded by loved ones. Shirley was the daughter of JD and Cleo Clower of Paducah. She attended Paducah High School as member of the Class of 1957. Shirley had various jobs throughout her life, but most enjoyed her more than 20 years of service to Cottle County as the Judge's Secretary .

She was preceded in death by her parents, JD and Cleo Clower, her husband W.V. "Tuck" Blankinship, her son Mark Dale Pendleton and daughter Laquita Rose Pendleton Gibbs. She is survived by her son Jimmie Pendleton and wife Debbie, 3 grandchildren - Roselynn Pendleton, Justin Pendleton (Wendi), Shawna Pendleton and 7 great-grandchildren.
